The Return of the Great Celtic CD Giveaway!

Rules:

1. No purchase necessary
2. Only one entry is allowed per person per podcast released after July 1, 2006. Meaning, you can submit yourself for two chances to win by submitting during podcast #22 & 23. Only one entry per family/address.
3. Entrants can increase their odds of winning by telling friends. Friends must enter the entrants email address into the "Referred By?" field in the entry form. Entrants will earn one additional chance to win (up to three per podcast) for each friend who submits an entry into the contest.
4. Each submission MUST include the secret word to be valid. Listen to the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast to learn the secret word of each podcast.
5. The contest ends on Bilbo Baggins' Birthday at midnight on September 22, 2006. (What can I say, I like J.R.R. Tolkien?) Winners will be announced within 90 days of the close of the contest.
6. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. Entries which are mutilated, altered, incomplete, tampered with, illegible, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are also void.
7. Number of prizes: only one per valid email address.
8. The information that you provide in connection with the Contest may be used for internal purposes during the life of the contest (Sept 22 + 90 days). It will then be destroyed. No information will be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as required by law or legal process.
9. Entries and any other submitted material become the property of the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast and will not be acknowledged or returned. Irish & Celtic Music Podcast and those working for us will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected or damaged e-mail and for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone and other technical errors, malfunctions, and delays. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account from which the entry is made. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person to whom an email address is assigned by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All times and dates in these Official Rules are Central Standard Time.
10. Irish & Celtic Music Podcast reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel all or any portion of the Contest because of technical errors or malfunctions, viruses, hackers, or for other reasons that corrupt the Sweepstakes in any manner. Irish & Celtic Music Podcast also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the Contest in any manner or through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, or who attempts to disrupt the Contest or to circumvent any of these Official Rules.
11. Officers, directors, representatives, and employees of Marc Gunn, the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast, the Celtic MP3s Music Magazine, its affiliates or subsidiaries or respective advertising, promotion, publicity, production, and judging agencies and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to enter. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All federal, state, and local taxes are each winner's sole responsibility. The prizes will be awarded. No prize substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives permitted except the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at the our sole discretion. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner in our sole discretion. You are not a winner unless your submissions are validated. By entering, each winner accepts all of the conditions, restrictions, requirements, and/or regulations required by the Sponsor and also agrees to accept delivery of prize based upon availability. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, picture, likeness, address (city and state), and biographical information for advertising and publicity purposes for the Marc Gunn, the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast, and for this and/or similar promotions, without compensation.
12. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Marc Gunn, the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast, the Celtic MP3s Music Magazine, and the respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from entrant's participation in the Contest or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. All entrants agree that United States law shall apply exclusively to the Contest and that any dispute with respect to the Contest shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the State of Texas. Contest is void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted. Marc Gunn, the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast, the Celtic MP3s Music Magazine reserve the right to discontinue this contest at any time.
13. To obtain a list of prize winners, visit this page. Winners will be contacted within 90 of the close of the contest. Once contacted, winners have 90 days to verify their correct mailing address and name. If the winners do not reply in that time. The Irish & Celtic Music Podcast holds the right to make that entry void. No new winner will be selected to replace voided winners.
